Who are we?
Rochelle Auto and Truck Repair is locally owned and operated by Steve and Sally Rochelle. The Rochelle's describe their business philosophy with three simple words: HONESTY - TRUST - LOYALTY. Rochelle Auto was established in 1998 and continues to thrive using those same principles.
Steve is an ASE Certified Master Technician in both Auto/Light Truck and Medium/Heavy Duty Truck categories. He works hard to stay current on developing technologies through continuing education, so you can be sure he is qualified to work on your vehicle.
Our company has invested heavily in state of the art diagnostic and repair equipment. Diagnostics is not free; in fact, it is the most challenging part of what we do. Parts stores offer free “code reading” but the code is only part of the puzzle. Remember, parts stores make their money by selling parts, not fixing problems. To determine your problem, we may run a series of tests with a variety of tools. It takes training, experience, and equipment to properly diagnose today’s engine problems. If you have had your car to the shop more than once and still have the same problem, then you know how frustrating these advanced computer-controlled systems can be. Some cars have over twelve different computer modules, all interacting to control your fuel efficiency, transmission, steering, braking, and stability. Trust a professional to find and fix the problem. If you don’t have time to do it right, how are you going to find time to do it twice?
